On the day of arrival, the booked apartment will be available to you from 3 p.m. earlier arrival if app. ready to move in.
Check out
We ask that you leave the apartment and check out by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Progress payment
Upon receipt of the reservation confirmation, we ask you to pay the specified deposit amount via bank transfer.

Payment

Bed line, hand and kitchen towels
Our apartments are equipped with bed linen, hand towels and kitchen towels.
Bread service
To save you the early trip to the bakery, we offer you a daily bread roll service in collaboration with the Köhle bakery from Ried.
In the apartment you will find the bread roll order list and the bread basket. If you wish, please fill this out by 9 p.m. the evening before and place it together in front of our private door. The next morning from 7 a.m. the order will be at your apartment door.
Booking tip
If you arrive with more people than agreed in the reservation confirmation, we ask for your understanding that additional costs will arise.
Animals
No pets are allowed in our house.

Available throughout the house. Access data in the information folder.
Waste separation
For the sake of the environment, we ask you to separate your garbage as described in the apartment. For hygienic reasons, we recommend that you take the garbage to the containers in our garbage hut to the left of the house every day and dispose of it.
No smoking
Each of our apartments is equipped with an ashtray and we ask that you only smoke in the fresh air on the balcony or terrace.
Reception
Our reception is not staffed every day. If you have any questions or suggestions, you can simply ring our private doorbell or reach us at the following number: 0043 5476 6950.
Safe
In each of our apartments you will find a safe in the closet; you will receive the key to it with the apartment and front door key.
Ski- & footwear
There are comfortable ski depots at the cable car in Fiss. We offer the use of these double ski depots, where not only skis and boots can be stored, but also helmets and gloves can be stored, free of charge for all our guests. A certain number of boxes are reserved for each apartment.
Ski- & footroom
Our ski and boot room is located to the left of the entrance door. Here you can store dirty street shoes or your winter sports gear.
Cancellation conditions
You can find our cancellation conditions in the general hotel industry regulations.

In winter you will receive the guest card upon arrival, which you will need for discounts on the ski pass.
In summer we are a partner company of the Super.Sommer.Card.

There are parking spaces in front of our house, which you can use free of charge. A certain number is reserved for each apartment.
